At Tortoise General Store, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our home goods and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order does not meet your expectations, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the items in their original boxes with all protective materials included to ensure delicate home goods are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Shipping and Labeling

  Affix the provided shipping label or address the package to our returns department, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
